What if my mask arrives damaged or isn't working?

If your mask arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order details so we can help resolve it. The unused and unworn condition for change of mind returns does not exclude faulty or incorrect orders. See our return policy below for details.

Will it arrive before my Halloween plans?

Standard US shipping is free. Allow 1–3 days for processing, then an estimated 5–11 days for delivery (approximately 6–14 days total). Order ahead of your Halloween plans: arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees.
