Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 30 days.

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery, and October Nights covers return shipping for approved returns. Opening the box to inspect your mask is okay; it does not need to remain sealed. To qualify for a change of mind refund, your mask must be unused and unworn, with its included charger, accessories and original box.

How to request a return
Email jesusavilaoronia@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please contact October Nights before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns. October Nights pays return shipping.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns receive a full refund of the returned items’ purchase price to the original payment method, with no restocking fee. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Used or worn masks are not eligible for change of mind returns under this policy.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Please contact us if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect so we can help resolve the issue. The unused and unworn condition for change of mind returns does not exclude claims for faulty or incorrect goods. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
