Before you email about an order

Have your order number handy — it is in your confirmation email and starts with a #. It lets us find you in seconds instead of minutes.

What we are good at

• Sizing advice. Send us your dog's back-length measurement and breed and we will tell you honestly which size to order — including if we think neither will fit well.
• Chasing a slow parcel. If tracking has stalled for more than five days, we will open the carrier investigation ourselves rather than leaving you to do it.
• Sorting out a return or exchange. No forms, no justification required.

Hours

Monday to Friday. Messages sent over the weekend are answered first thing Monday.
