These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Wag the Dead. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors happen. If we discover a pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where stock is genuinely unavailable.

2. Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and photographs are illustrative. Measurements are provided in the size guide and are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerance.

3. Safe use — please read this one

This is a costume, not safety equipment or a garment for extended wear. Never leave your pet unsupervised while they are wearing it. Remove it before crating, sleeping, or leaving your pet alone. Discontinue use immediately if your pet shows signs of distress, overheating, or if the costume becomes damaged. Do not use it on a pet with an injury, skin condition, or restricted breathing without speaking to your vet first. You are responsible for supervising your pet, and Wag the Dead is not liable for injury arising from unsupervised or improper use.

4. Shipping and returns

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding and design — belongs to Wag the Dead and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

6. Your account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interferes with its operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
