Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to see where your order is.

What the timeline actually looks like

1. Order placed. You get a confirmation email immediately. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder before you worry.
2. Preparing your order — 1 to 3 business days. Your costume is picked, checked and packed.
3. Shipped. You get a second email with your tracking number. This is the one to keep.
4. In transit — typically 5 to 11 business days.

Two honest things about tracking

Tracking can go quiet for several days mid-journey. This is normal on international routes and is not a sign anything is wrong. Scans cluster around departure and arrival, with a gap in between.

If it has been more than five days without an update, do not sit and wait. Email us your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier ourselves. You should not have to be the one chasing it.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, we will refund or replace it. No argument, no hoop-jumping.
